Participation in Atomy's network marketing program involves risk and requires substantial effort, time, and skills. The vast majority of Atomy participants earn little or no income from the program. Results vary significantly based on individual work ethic, skill, and market conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
